Shipping Disruptions
Canada
27 November 2024: Due to ongoing union strike action, Canada Post has advised all countries to temporarily stop sending all items to Canada. As a result, all services to and from Canada are temporarily suspended as of 27 November 2024 until further notice.
United States of America
December 2024: Items sent to the US via International Standard service may be delayed, due to high demand and transit disruptions. Australia Post is working on processing and delivering these items as quickly as possible.
Sorry for these disruptions I guess it's just that time of year!
Will I be charged customs & import duties?
Depending on the value of your order you may be subject to customs or import duties. It is up to the receiver of the parcel to cover these costs as these charges vary from country to country and are out of our hands.
