🚨 Shipping to the Middle East again!

Airlines have resumed shipping to the Middle East again! The only countries we currently can't ship to are:

• Iraq
• Lebanon

🚨 Important update for our European Union customers 

I wanted to share an update about shipping to Europe.

From 1 July 2026, new EU import charges have come into effect. Orders entering the EU are now subject to a €3 customs charge per item, plus any applicable VAT or import fees required by your country.

To explain what this means, the €3 charge is not a charge per parcel — it applies to each item category in your order.

For example, if you order multiple boxes of Lippy Links, the €3 customs charge applies to Lippy Links as one item category, not to every individual box. If you add another product, such as our Lip Mirror, an additional €3 item charge applies.

These charges are set by local customs authorities and are not collected by Lippy Links. They are separate from your order payment and shipping costs.

Please make sure you are aware of these charges before placing your order.

If customs fees are not paid and your parcel is returned to us, we will not be able to refund your order or shipping costs.

Please make sure to wait up to 25 business days for your parcel to arrive. Only after this can we take action. 

International Shipping Charges

Our flat rate shipping fee applies to orders of up to 5 boxes. Orders of more than 5 boxes exceeds the weight limit for our flat rate and will be charged based on total weight. The final shipping cost will be shown at checkout. 

 

Shipping to Kuwait

Please note: Australia Post does not deliver parcels to your home in Kuwait.

• Parcels must be collected from your local Post Office/Delivery Office.
• Please check your tracking online to see when the parcel is ready.
• If your parcel is with customs, you must contact customs to clear it on Ph:

•  If your parcel is late, please contact the Kuwait postal service with your tracking number on 24819033 or 25217663.
