International Shipping Charges

Our flat rate shipping fee applies to orders of up to 5 boxes. Orders of more than 5 boxes exceeds the weight limit for our flat rate and will be charged based on total weight. The final shipping cost will be shown at checkout. 

 

🚨 Shipping Update – United States

As of 26 August 2025, Australia Post has temporarily suspended some postal services to the United States and Puerto Rico due to new import tariff changes.

This means we are unable to ship orders to the US or Puerto Rico until further notice.

Shipping to Kuwait

Please note: Australia Post does not deliver parcels to your home in Kuwait.

  • Parcels must be collected from your local Post Office/Delivery Office.
  • Please check your tracking online to see when the parcel is ready.
  • If your parcel is with customs, you must contact customs to clear it on Ph:

    1808345

  •  If your parcel is late, please contact the Kuwait postal service with your tracking number on 24819033 or 25217663.

يرجى الملاحظة: البريد الأسترالي لا يوصّل الطرود إلى المنزل في الكويت.

  • يجب استلام الطرود من مكتب البريد/مكتب التوزيع المحلي.
  • يرجى متابعة التتبع عبر الإنترنت لمعرفة متى تكون الطرد جاهز للاستلام.
  • إذا كان الطرد مع الجمارك، يجب التواصل مع الجمارك لإتمام التخليص.

Will I be charged customs & import duties?

Some orders may incur customs or import duties.  It is up to the receiver of the parcel to cover these costs as these government-related charges vary from country to country and are out of our hands.

Pre-Orders

If your order contains a pre-order item, the full order will ship together once all items are in stock. 

To receive in stock items sooner, please place a separate order. 

Refunds

Refunds will not be issued for unclaimed or refused parcels.
