Does Lippy Links fit all Brands?
No. Lippy Links doesn't fit all brands. It isn't a one size fits all.
It is mainly aimed at Kylie Cosmetics Lip Kits. So any lipstick and lip liner that is that size will fit.
What Sizes Does Lippy Links Fit
The lipstick sizes it will fit are ones that have a base size of 1.5cm which is 0.59 inches.
Lip pencil sizes are fairly standard but again will not fit all brands. The thicker ones won't fit.
Please be aware that plastic lip liner pencils have a small base that might detach when removed from Lippy Links.
Remember to hold the base in place while sliding it out of Lippy Links to prevent it from coming loose.

Can I cancel my order or change address?
Once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel, change or update the details of your order as our warehouse uses automatic systems that can not be stopped once an order is placed. This is to ensure orders are dispatched in a timely manner.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept the following payment methods: American Express, MasterCard, Visa, PayPal (includes Pay in 4), AfterPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shopify Pay.
We use Shopify which has industry-standard encryption systems for sensitive information, such as your name, address and other critically sensitive information like your credit / debit card details. Information passed
between your computer and our website cannot be read in the event of someone else intercepting it.
What happens if my order is incorrect or faulty?
We’re sorry if your order is incorrect or faulty. Rest assured we will do all we can to make this right for you! Please send us a message within 14 days from the date your order is delivered with your order number, necessary photographs and any further details.
Customers have 14 days from the date the goods are delivered to claim a refund or exchange on a faulty product.
How do you process pre-orders?
We do not partially fulfill orders that contain a pre-ordered item,
meaning your order will only be fulfilled once all items come into
stock. Please purchase separately if you wish to receive in-stock items sooner.
Is there a price guarantee?
Unfortunately we do not offer a price guarantee on our orders. This means we cannot provide a partial refund if your item goes on sale after you’ve purchased it.

We love our products and hope you will too! If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee on items purchased directly from our online store.
Returns Policy
Within 30 days of receipt, you may be eligible to return your product for a refund given your item is unused and unopened.
You will need to send the product/s back to us and provide a tracking number within 7 business days. The return shipping costs will need to be covered by the customer and is non-refundable.
To ensure your return reaches us, we recommend using a shipping service with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't process refunds for items that are lost or not delivered to us.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method and may take 1-2 weeks to appear on your statement depending on your financial institution.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Any damaged or faulty products will be replaced when reported within 14 days of receiving.

We do not offer a free returns service and as such, returns must be made at your own cost. We suggest using a trackable service as we are not liable for returns lost in transit.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Import Fees/Taxes
International orders may be charged import duties & taxes by your local customs agency. Every country has its own rates and fees, so we recommend checking those relevant to your shipping destination prior to finalising your order. Unfortunately, you cannot cancel or refund your order due to taxes or duty charges once it has been placed.

If you decide not to pay the import taxes or duties on your order and reject the parcel, unfortunately we are not able to refund you for your order.

Shipping is free for all orders. Please allow up to 8 days for delivery.
REST OF WORLD
Shipping costs depend on weight of order. Please allow 14-45 business days for delivery. Some shipments may experience delays when passing through customs. Please keep this in mind when calculating shipping

We are a new brand so please be patient as we grow and are able to offer shorter shipping times so you get your Lippy Links sooner!
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched from our location you will receive an email from us with your tracking number.

My order has been lost in transit now what?

Unfortunately we are not liable for orders that have been scanned as delivered.
Will I be charged customs & import duties?
Depending on the value of your order you may be subject to customs or import duties. It is up to the receiver of the parcel to cover these costs as these charges vary from country to country and are out of our hands.
Prior to placing an order with us, we suggest getting in touch with your local customs office in regards to applicable customs or import duties relevant to your country.

Enter your code into the “Gift card or discount code” box at checkout and hit “Apply”. We recommend copying and pasting the exact code into the gift card or discount code box to apply your discount.
